As a Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for efficiently and effectively managing the workshop. You will tackle operational challenges to ensure smooth production.

Your responsibilities include:

• Planning and assigning work orders to technicians (6-8 staff members), while maintaining work instructions and quality standards.
• Creating work schedules for the workshop, including maintenance, service, and new machine planning.
• Monitoring project progress, both digitally and practically, including final inspections.
• Ensuring optimal staffing levels and necessary materials.
• Managing inventory and the fleet of vehicles.
• Training and educating staff to improve performance.
• Supervising the workshop and reporting to the management.
• Enforcing safety regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
